Quzhou has Kecheng district, Qujiang district, Jiangshan city, Longyou county, Changshan county and Kaihua county under its jurisdiction. By the end of 2005, it governs over 13 street offices, 47 towns, 46 villages, 72 neighborhood committee, 2599 administrative countries in total.
       Under the jurisdiction of Kecheng, there are 7 street offices, respectively, Fushan, Xin’an, Huayuan, Baiyun, Hehuan, Xin’xin, Shuang’gang; 8 villages, respectively, Jiang Jiashan, Wantian, Huangjia, Shishi, Huashu, Gouxi, Jiuhua, Qili; 2 towns, respectively, Hangbu and Shiliang; 30 neighborhood committees and 310 country committees. With the district government located at No.4, Xi’an Road, it has a total area of 609 km², a population of 404 thousand.

Under the jurisdiction of Qujiang, there are 9 villages, respectively, Yunxi, Taizhen, Shuangqiao, Zhoujia, Huiping, Huang Tankou, Jucun, Shan Jinyang, Henlu; 10 towns, respectively, Gaojia, Lianhua, Xiachuan, Duze, Shangfang, Er Shili, Houxi, Hunan, Dazhou, Quanwang; 2 street offices, respectively, Fushi and Zhangtang; 512 country committees and 3 neighborhood committees. With the district government located at Zhangtang town, which is the new city area of Qujiang, it covers a total areas of 1748 km² and holds a population of 400 thousand.

Jianghan city lies in southwestern Quzhou, adjoining Qujiang district and Suichang county in the esast, connecting Pucheng county of Fujian province in the south, neighboring Yushan, Guangfeng counties of Jiangxi province in the west, and meeting with Changshan county in the north. With the municipal government located at Xujiang town, it covers an area of 2019.48 km² and holds a population of 560 thousand. There are 2 street offices (Hushan and Shuangta), 13 towns (Shangyu, Sidu, Hecun, Qinghu, Tanshi, Daqiao, Yutou, Xin Tangbian, Fenglin, Xiakou, Er Shibadu, Changtai and Shimen), 6 villages (Wanyao, Dachen, Baoan, Tang Yuankou, Zhangcun and Shuang Xikou), 555 countries and 10 neighborhood committees under its jurisdiction.

Longyou county is at the eastern part of Quzhou, connecting Jinhua in the east, neighboring Suichang in the south, connecting Qujiang district in the west, meeting with Jiande in the north, and adjoining Lanxi in the northeast. It has a total area of 1138.72 km² and a population of 401.8 thousand. Under its jurisdiction, there are 6 towns, respectively, Hu, Hengshan, Tashi, Xiao Nanhai, Xikou, Zhanjia; 7 villages, respectively, Mohuang, Shifu, Sheyang, Luojia, Miaoxia, Dajie and Muchen of the She people; 431 administrative countries, 2 street committees (Donghua and Longzhou) and 10 neighborhood committees. The government of the county is in Longyou town.

Changshan county is at the west of Quzhou, neighboring Qujiang district in the east, connecting Jiangshan in the south, adjoining Yushang of Jiangxi in the southwest, Kaihua in the northwest and Chun’an in the northeast. Covering an area of 1099 km² and holding a population of 317 thousand, there are 7 towns (Tianma, Huibu, Zhaoxian, Qingshi, Fangcun, Baishi and Qiuchuan), 7 villages (Hejia, Songfan, Dong’an, Da Qiaotou, Xinchan, Xinqiao and Tonggong), 342 administrative counties and 11 neighborhood committees under its jurisdiction. The government of the county is in Tianma town.

Kaihua county is in the northwest of Quzhou city. In the northeast, it connects with Changshan; In the northeast, it connects with Chun’an; In the southwest, it adjoins with Wuyuan, Dexing, Yushan of Jiangxi; In the north, it neighbors with Xiuning of Anhui. Bestowed with a total area of 2236.61 km² and a population of 3370 thousand, it has 9 towns (Chengguan, Huabu, Majin, Cuntou, Chihua, Tongcun, Yanglin, Suzhuang and Houxi), 9 villages (Linshan, Yinkeng, Zhongcun, Changhong, Zhangwan, Hetian, Tangwu, Da Xibian and Jincun), 449 administrative counties and 8 neighborhood committees under its jurisdiction. The government of the county is in Chengguan town.
